Abstract
UCI 46 – A “Holy Crap” Moment. I was cruising downhill then I saw three men in suit, standing and observing the race on the other side. Their background is an old building so I thought it would be great to take a photo of them. So I turned around, made my way to the location and secretly took some shots while “talking on the phone.” Only after a while that I noticed they weren’t “normal.” One man wore a bullet-proof vest and all of them had badges.
