Abstract
UCI #34. This is one of the three Filipino cyclists in the men’s U-23 race. He injured himself and was racing about a minute behind the peloton. I was so happy to find Filipino riders competing at all this week so I didn’t care which place he got, so long as he represented his (and mine by heritage) country. I cheered him on every time he passed. Pretty sure he got annoyed towards the end…
