Abstract
The first segment of my discussion will deal with medical accounting systems and my evaluations of those systems. The second part of the paper will deal with the topic of improving the cash flow from patient receivables. Cash flow is in many ways dependent upon the effectiveness of a doctor’s accounting system, and if the system works well and produces timely and accurate information, the cash from patient receivable will flow more efficiently.
