CHANGE STARTS WITH CONVERSATION. This project is designed to bring conversation, collaboration, and innovation to the process of dismantling racism and reimagining Richmond. We hope this will lead Richmond, the former capital of the Confederacy, toward a solid framework for advancing racial equity and be a model for discussion in other U.S. cities.
