Abstract

State agencies are oft-overlooked research collaboration and funding opportunities. This session will feature researchers from VCU and their state agency partners who have established collaborations that have developed into funded research projects. Learn how these relationships started, how the partners work together to affect public health, and how these relationships develop into fundable work. A representative from the state will also be available to discuss the process through which funds are procured.
