THE WINNER: Gerald Baliles -- Ghoulies and ghosties and long leggedy beasties (And a Halloween at VCU) -- The inside story: Opinion: Letters, ranging from the rights of Germans, to the defense of the Student Health Services, to Burdick's questions of Temple to the parking problems revisited -- In the news: The Council of University Student Affairs (CUSA) met Wednesday with two members of the Media Board, but the meeting fell through when representative from other boards failed to show up. The new Physical Sciences Building will be ready for occupancy towards the middle of this month. It is presently the only club team on campus owning an insurance policy. The intramural football season ended while the basketball season got going full tilt on the West Campus.
