Part 1: Short Fiction:

This short fiction is composed in a range of styles and genres, including fairy-tale, science fiction, contemporary modernist realism, flash fiction, and experimental fiction. The stories explore ideas of friendship, community, grief, and the dissolution of relationships and identity.

Part 2: Creative Nonfiction:

These essays, composed in a variety of forms including personal essay, flash essay, braided essay, and interview, explore themes of memory, family, nature, relationships, masculinity, and the creative impulse.
