A printing plate image of United States First Lady Lou Henry Hoover. Hoover stands on the right side of the photograph facing left, with one hands resting on a table and the other touching a floral display on the table. Hoover was a long-time supporter of the Girl Scouts. More information on her involvement is available via the White House Historical Association. Initials engraved on the back of the plate appear to read "GYB".
