The equal to its neighbor, this house has an unusual rectangular bracketed cornice in addition to its fine porch with unusual railings.

St. James Street - This small street derives its character from the Addolph Dill house. Dill's house, orginally erected in the middle of Foushee Street, makes through traffic impossible. St. James is a narrow residential street enclosed by the large mass of the Dill house.
