Kindest regards to all.
Leuven (also called Louvain) Belgium 28/12/18
Dear Cousin,
I hope you will pardon me for not answering your letter sooner but to tell you the honest truth I have been having a whale of a time since the war finished and have shamefully neglected my correspondence. However, I will write soon. I will stop and see you all on my way home, which I hope will not be long. This is Edith Cavell's monument in Brussels. It was erected in 24 hrs. and is just off the main square. Yours as ever, Cliff.
