Ceramic bedpan with open top and handle. Long, toilet bowl-shaped opening with a lip for pouring. White ceramic. Stamp at front reads "Meinecke Perfection Bed and Douche Pan, The Most Comfortable and Sanitary Bed-Pan in the World. For Hospital and Home. Two U.S. Patents June 5, 1900. Also Pat. in Great Britain & Germany."
