Card Text (transcribed from postcard)

This famous club, one of the oldest and most exclusive in the South, has a membership limited to 450 resident, and 250 non-resident members. Its 'waiting list' nearly equals its membership. This clubhouse is furnished with dignified elegance, and upon its walls are hung the portraits of many of the most distinguished Southerners.
