Oct. 5th 94 My dear Mr. Allison, Just a line to say that I shall be in Baltimore Saturday (tomorrow) and Monday, and [next word interlined] can come down to Richmond Monday night, if the work has advanced, or if the estimates are in for the interior finish to require me. In such case please telegraph to our Superintendent B.B. Owens 323 N. Charles St. Balt. Your's in haste, T. Henry Randall. [ALS, T. Henry Randall to James W.
