Dear Mr. Allison: I have received your letter, and cheque for $500 and today have endorsed it making it payable to Mr. Lee. I am glad the horses prove satisfactory and that you are enjoying them. I shall be very glad to run down to Richmond and explain the drawings to either you or the builders - as soon as you like - With kindest regards to Mrs. Allison I am very sincerely yours.
