Aug. 10th ’95 James W. Allison Esq. Richmond. Dear Sir, I am writing merely to say that I shall be in Annapolis Tuesday evening next; and can come down to Richmond Wednesday or Thursday, if you require me for any purpose, and if you will telegraph to me at the same address. I must be here again on Friday, as I leave Saturday morning for my two-weeks vacation. Hoping that you are all very well. Your’s truly, T. Henry Randall. [ALS, T. Henry Randall to James W.
