Was built shortly after 1865, by Society of Friends. "Quaker Meeting House". Sold in 1911 to Clay Street Baptist, then Mosby Memorial Baptist.

Physical Description (transcribed from form)

"A" roof portico. Stuccoed brick, one storey [i.e. story] on raised basement, 3 bays. Tetrastyle pedimented portico w/ squared columns; center bay of portico is entrance foyer w/ entrances on both sides. Steps altered. Greek revival; circa 1865. Originally Society of Friends Meeting House.
