Adolph Dill - free standing house: pressed brick, 2 stories w/ raised basement. 3 bays. Brick laid in Flemish bond w/ narrow mortar joints; Roman Ionic porch w/ coupled unfluted columns + balustrade; 6/6 sash; square corner blocks; hipped roof. Greek Revival; built 1832 for Dill.
