Very well preserved - House of a banker J.M. Goddin 1876. Frame, 2 stories w/ raised basement, 3 bays, Modillion cornice - (also used on porch - box columns w/ recessed panels, rectangular balusters). 2 story service porch on rear wing. 6/6 sash, gable roof. Gr. Revival mid 19th c.
