Description
A photographic print from the VCU Community Festival and Open House held on April 1, 1989, as part of the Big Party celebrating the 150th anniversary of the university. Two individuals, one is a police officer in uniform and the other is a clown dressed as a police officer, are working at an outdoors VCU stand offering flyers and brochures, with a sign from VCU Campus Police asking for donations for the Special Olympics in exchange for hats and shirts. The police officer is seen conversing with an individual at the stand, and the clown dressed as a police officer is seen working in the back. Another individual is reading the booklet given from the stand.
