This reel contains footage of multiple demonstrations of police equipment and other events as a part of Richmond Police Week, May 14-19, 1962. This footage appears to be of an outdoor display of "equipment, horses, and dogs" which occurred May 17-19 from 10AM-4PM on 6th Street between Broad Street and Grace Street (Richmond Times-Dispatch, April 1, 1962).

00:00:10 Dark footage which appears to be filmed outdoors, a blurred street sign and traffic light is partially visible. Figures of uniformed police officers are partially visible, they appear to salute one at a time, then walk from the right to left of the frame.
00:00:48 An individual in a suit and tie waves while holding what appears to be a newspaper, then walks away.
00:00:51 Dark footage of approximately a dozen uniformed police officers on horseback, riding their horses through the frame.
00:01:22 Multiple clips of footage of two individuals in judo uniforms performing a judo demonstration.
