Recieving and Way Hosp[i]t[al] Richmond Va Dec. 28th 1865 L]evin] Smith] Joynes M.D. Dean of the Faculty Sir The following named Hosp[ita]l Stewards have been ordered to this Hosp[ita]l by Surg[eon] Gen[era]l and Med[ical] Dir[ector] to attend Med[ical] Lectures.
