This film reel contains footage of people and events in and around Richmond including:
- Title card National Film Preservation Foundation
- Garden shots with pergola and fountains, show people strolling in the garden, close ups of plants. This appears to be the Italian Garden at Maymont A group of four individuals with three large dogs in a field. One individual strikes one of the dogs several times
- An individual and dog outside of a residential house with a blooming tree
- A child with a dog chasing its tail. A toddler joins them
- Two adults, one holding an infant, and a toddler standing in a fenced yard
