New City Hall-The new City Hall, which forms part of San Francisco's Civic Center, cost $4,000,000, and is the most imposing structure of its kind in the world. The group surrounding the Civic Center includes the Auditorium and Public Library, and there are also sites reserved for a State Building and Grand Opera House.
