Abstract
Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Planning is legally mandated to address the mobility issues for the transportation disadvantaged population in America. In spite of the tremendous efforts made and significant accomplishments achieved in this country, the planning process still has a room for improvement. This paper summarizes our findings and proposes some preliminary recommendations to improve the planning process.
