All three wear Girl Scout uniforms of various ranks and side caps. All three appear to be white. At the Senior Service Girl Scout investiture yesterday at the Mayo Memorial Church House, nine Richmond Scouts recieved their service awards. Miss Josephine Chenault, Left, director of women's and girls' activities for the local Office of Civilian Defense, who recieved the Scouts' pledge to serve during an emergency, is shown with Mrs. Gridley Dawe, chairman of public relations for the Richmond Girl Scouts, who awarded the service badges, and Mrs Mary Louise Yount, Senior Service Girl Scout." cut from newspaper and glued on back.
