Submission Guidelines for Graduate Research Posters
Who Can Submit
Graduate Research Posters only publishes posters prepared under the auspices of the VCU Graduate School for its Graduate Research Symposium and Exhibit. For additional information, please contact LibCompass@vcu.edu.
How to Submit a Paper
1. Make sure your poster is in PDF format.
2. Write an abstract for your poster. Please also select keywords. These are words that will help a user locate your poster through a search.
3. Submit the poster by clicking on the link "Submit Research." If you have not already created an account with VCU Scholars Compass, you will need to do so before proceeding.
4. After logging in, you will be asked to agree to a Submission Agreement. After that, you will fill out information about your poster before uploading it for approval.
Overview of the Process
After you submit your paper, the Graduate School will notify you by e-mail when the poster is approved and made available.
