Physical Details

Set of lithotomy (lithotripsy) instruments in a large wooden case, containing a total of 9 instruments. Includes: 4 pairs of lithotomy forceps of varying sizes, all with a serrated surface on the interior of the forcep and all with one ringed handle and one hooked handle; 3 other pairs of forceps, with the largest pair having fenestrated blades and no serration. Smaller pair of fenestrated forceps, and one pair of lithotomy forceps with straight handles and very large teeth on the inside of the blades. One scoop with serrated surface and ebony handle. One wooden handled needle. Set is incomplete.
