Card Text (transcribed from postcard)
This magnificent fireproof apartment building, erected in 1924, overlooking Stuart Circle and the J.E.B. Stuart monument, from which it takes its name, is in the heart of Richmond's finest residential section. It contains 63 apartments, with all modern conveniences, and is not surpassed in point of architectural beauty and completeness of equipment by any other apartment building in the south.
