Card Text (transcribed from postcard)

One of the city's most beautiful spots is at the head of Monument Avenue. Here once can stand and view the South's commemoration in bronze and stone of the heroes -- Stuart, Lee and Davis. In the foreground is Stuart Circle Hospital, modern and complete in every [way?]. In the background, St. James Episcopal Church and on the left the Equestrian Monument to the South's great cavalry leader, the dashing and youthful Stuart.
