Cathedral of the Sacred Heart -- The Cathedral of the Sacred Heart is located on Laurel Street, overlooking Monroe Park. It was the gift of Thomas F. Ryan and was erected at a cost of over $300,00.00, and dedicated in 1906 with impressive ceremonies.
