The Department of Political Science at Virginia Commonwealth University is proud to present Volume 10 of The Ramerican Political Science Review. This journal presents some of the best undergraduate work produced by students at VCU 2023-2024 academic year. While the journal is supported by the Department of Political Science, the final product is the work of a student editorial board that solicits and reviews manuscripts in a double-blind fashion. The Department of Political Science recognizes the hard work of this year’s student editor, Natasha Romero Moskala, and co-editors, Carter George and Kamil Qadri, and thanks them for their time and effort. The Department of Political Science would also like to thank Dr. Alex Keena for advising our student editorial board.
