The Department of Political Science at Virginia Commonwealth University is proud to present Volume 9 of The Ramerican Political Science Review, featuring articles on European security. This special edition was guest-edited by Dr. Chris Burdett with support from Mack Blair, Rafid Chowdhury, and Charlie Martin. This crack team of student reviewers provided feedback without which this special edition would not have been possible. Our team would also like to thank Dr. Alex Keena, faculty advisor for the Ramerican, for guiding our work and believing in the merits of this project, and Dr. Allie Reckendorf, whose vision and commitment to student success was the genesis of the journal.
